Khalsa Developments offers construction and development services including project management, basement development, permit support, and advisory services. All services are provided in accordance with applicable building codes, municipal regulations, and contractual agreements with our clients.

2. Estimates and Contracts

All estimates provided are based on available information at the time of request and are subject to change following site inspections, design adjustments, or regulatory requirements.

No service will commence without a signed agreement or confirmation from both parties.

Payment terms, timelines, and scope of work will be clearly outlined in individual contracts.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information relevant to their project.

Obtain and maintain access to the property for inspections and construction.

Review and approve designs, permits, and project details in a timely manner.

4. Permits and Compliance

We assist with obtaining development and building permits required by the City of Edmonton, Parkland County, Spruce Grove, and other municipalities as applicable.

While we make every effort to secure timely approvals, we are not responsible for delays caused by regulatory authorities or third parties.

5. Marketing and Communications

By submitting personal information through our website forms or other means, you consent to receiving communications related to your project and promotional offers, in compliance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time without affecting your service-related communications.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of Khalsa Developments and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

Any third-party content used on our site is credited to its rightful owner.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable measures to deliver high-quality and compliant construction services, Khalsa Developments is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project delays, third-party actions, regulatory approvals, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that project.

8. Warranties

We warrant that all services will be carried out with reasonable skill, care, and in compliance with industry standards.

Any specific warranties regarding materials or workmanship will be outlined in the service agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms set out in the individual contract.

Clients remain responsible for any costs incurred up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

11. Changes to Terms

Khalsa Developments reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect once posted on our website with an updated “last revised” date.
